MEET THE STAFF
Kathy Seeley
Executive Director
Kathy joined the chamber as Executive Director in July of 2020. She previously served as a Beachwood Chamber board member. Kathy comes from the financial industry starting out in Wadsworth, Ohio in mortgages. Her path led her to Geauga county where she worked as assistant vice president and corporate secretary at Geauga Savings Bank. When the bank opened a new banking office in Beachwood, Kathy relocated. Kathy lives near Cleveland with her husband, their children, their super sweet dog Cooper and their crazy cat Mittens.
Lilia Lipps
Marketing Manager
Lilia has been with the chamber since February 2020. Charged with improving the chamber’s social media and other marketing efforts, she calls upon her 20+ years of marketing experience. Doing the social media and much of the event planning sometimes has Lilia feeling like a cruise activities director, a role she is well suited for.
Lilia lives with her husband Todd, daughter Madeline and puppy Lola. One of her secret weapons is that she is a master networker and can charm the pants off just about anyone. She lived on 3 continents and spoke 3 languages by the age of 5. Lilia also owns Lipps Service, a full-service boutique marketing agency.
