Michael Gray – President
Director of Sales and Marketing, TechnologyXperts Inc. (TXI)
For the past twenty plus years Michael has focused on being a disrupter as a sales and marketing leader in the technology, telecommunications, data center information technology verticals. He has served as a previous board member and past president of the Beachwood Chamber of Commerce. As a leader at TechnologyXperts, Inc., Michael is guiding their customers to leverage their managed security and services to increase operations while ensuring their networks are secure.
During his off time, Michael enjoys spending time with his son, friends and his two Pitbull mix dogs.

Juwanna Williams — Vice President
Sales Manager, IX Center
Juwanna has worked in hospitality for 20+ years in various hotels throughout the Greater Cleveland area. She began her role with the IX Center in September 2022 but oversaw sales and catering for two Beachwood hotels prior to that.
Both living and working in Beachwood has given Juwanna a great connection to the community. When not working Juwanna enjoys catching up on television shows and watching romantic comedies with her daughter.

Christopher Truax, FACHE — Treasurer
Chief Administrative Officer, University Hospitals Beachwood Medical Center
Chris has been a healthcare administrator for 25 years. Starting his career as a business analyst in Cincinnati, he moved to Columbus to work for a large healthcare system in the area of strategy and business development. Growing within the company, Chris led several system-level initiatives in the areas of physician relations, new business development and strategic planning. He was promoted to lead merger and acquisitions collaborating with community physicians to expand system’s footprint. In 2012, Chris pivoted to senior leadership of hospitals. He has experience leading small, rural facilities to regional, community hospitals. In 2020, Chris joined Lake Health Beachwood Medical Center to lead the recently opened facility in the areas of operational excellence, community awareness and sustainable growth.
Chris received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Zoology from Miami University. In 1996, he then received his Master’s of Business Administration from Cleveland State University. He has been married to his wife, Tracy, for 24 years with their three children. Chris graduated from high school in Avon Lake and has several family members who reside in the Cleveland area.

Scott Morrison – Secretary
Owner, Discovery Photo
Scott T. Morrison, a 1983 graduate of Florida Institute of Technology (Florida Tech) began his career with a triple major in Management Science, Marketing and Computer Science. He has had extensive experience in all aspects of portrait, architectural and fine art photography. Having a thirst for knowledge, continued education programs at Rocky Mountain School of Photography, Nikon School of Photography, and Cleveland Institute of Art. Wanting his own studio, he started Discovery Photo in 1991.
Scott’s varied works have been published locally, nationally, and internationally in magazines such as Outdoor Photographer, Evidence Technology , Properties, RPM, Beachwood Buzz, and Surreal Beauty Magazine. Dozens of his prints, featuring stunningly vivid landscapes and visceral wildlife, appear in galleries across America, including The Cleveland Museum of Art. Scott also has a keen eye for the movie business and is well connected with the Cleveland movie scene. He is known for his gaffing skills along with cinematography and BTS photography. He has more than 60 IMDB credits to his name, and has participated in 14, 48- hour film compositions. His films have won several awards including two as “Best Cinematographer. “
When not working, he enjoys driving his classic 1964 Dodge convertible and making craft beers. Scott’s studio, along with his wife and three dogs, is located in Beachwood, Ohio. They have two adult children.

Dr. Corinne Gist
Owner & Director, Fit Learning Cleveland
Dr. Corinne Gist is the owner and director of Fit Learning Cleveland. Dr. Gist earned her PhD in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from The Ohio State University. Prior to earning her doctorate, she earned an Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology, a Master’s in Educational Leadership, and a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education. Dr. Gist is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP). She has more than fifteen years of experience in the fields of education and behavior science, working with students, staff, and families in public and private schools as well as day treatment centers. Dr. Gist publishes in peer-reviewed journals, teaches at the university level, and regularly presents at local, regional, and international conferences. Her professional approach synthesizes scientific rigor with years of applied practice to fulfill her lifelong commitment to helping kids succeed.

Percival Kane, MHA
Chief Operating Officer, University Hospitals Ahuja Medial Center
Percival came to UH from Cleveland Clinic Marymount Hospital, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. Marymount is comprised of a 269-bed acute care regional hospital, an ambulatory surgery center and is the only Catholic Hospital within the health system. In his tenure, he provided executive leadership contributing to growth in admissions, surgical volume, emergency department visits and OR optimization. He also helped the team achieve favorable engagement scores in the midst of the pandemic.
Prior to his work in health care executive roles in Cleveland, Percival served as the Chief Ambulatory Officer and Senior Vice President of Physician Network at North Oaks Health System in Louisiana. He earned his Master of Health Administration from Saint Louis University School of Public Health, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Administration from Dillard University in New Orleans.
Percival is actively involved in the community and professional organizations. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the National Association of Health Service Executives (NAHSE), the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), Garfield Heights Kiwanis Club, University Settlement Board of Directors, Cleveland Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Lauren Meade, M.S.**
Director of Communications, Beachwood City School District
Lauren Meade is the Director of Communications for the Beachwood City School District. She is an award-winning journalist, online media strategist and licensed early childhood educator. Lauren began her career as a correspondent for The Boston Globe before becoming an online editor, content marketer and social media strategist for the healthcare media company ADVANCE Newsmagazines. She is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction at Cleveland State University.

Lozell Siler
Owner, The Gentlemen’s Cave Luxury Barber Lounge
Lozell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Business Management at Hiram College. He has been an active member of the chamber since joining and played an integral role in the success of the 2020 Annual Golf Outing.
In his spare time, Lozell loves to spend time with his family, listen to music and watch a good movie or football game. He is also an avid reader and enjoys books by Robert Greene and John Maxwell.

Tina Turick
Assistant Administrative Officer, City of Beachwood
Tina Turick has worked for the City of Beachwood for 33 years and is highly experienced and well respected in Public Administration. She is a team player, detail oriented and willing to put forth the effort necessary to get the job done.
Since starting in 1988, Tina has had two children, earned two college degrees and worked her way up to her current position of Assistant Administrative Officer. She currently serves as the Mayor’s right-hand person and her responsibilities include: serving as the Mayor’s liaison to the public, constituents, employees, elected officials and representatives of local, state and federal government; providing project administration and management on special projects; and participating in long range city planning. Highlights of her public service career are geared toward the coordination and administration of major municipal projects. The most notable include: revamping and upgrading an outdated and stale municipal website, the City’s introduction into the social media arena, the renovation and expansion of several municipal facilities, participating in and overseeing the creation and implementation of the live streaming and video rebroadcasting of the City’s public meetings; and the administration and implementation of administrative policies.
Tina’s educational background includes an Associates of Arts/Science Degree from Lakeland Community College, where she received the Dean’s Award and was named to the All Ohio Academic Team (1997). Tina earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Ursuline College graduating summa cum laude in 2002.
Tina Turick resides in Mentor with her husband of 30 years and has two daughters.
