Heathyr Ullmo – Board President
VP of Treasury Management, Farmers National Bank
Heathyr has been involved with the chamber and worked in Beachwood for almost 20 years. Heathyr has held multiple volunteer positions with the chamber. In her free time she loves to read, work on genealogy and spend time with family.
Her favorite ice cream is vanilla with sprinkles. Sprinkles make everything better.
Tim Williams – Treasurer
Branch Manager, Dollar Bank
Tim Williams is Branch Manager at the Dollar Bank Beachwood Office and Loan Center and Treasurer of the Beachwood Chamber of Commerce. He has been involved with the chamber for 3 yrs. Tim has participated and been involved in several volunteer positions within the chamber and throughout the Beachwood community. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, skiing, kayaking and several other outdoors activities.
His favorite ice cream is mint chocolate chip with hot fudge.
Donnamarie Cook – Immediate Past President
Project Manager, Cleveland Clinic
Donnamarie Cook is a Project Manager within the Project Management Office in Cleveland Clinic Community Cares (4C) for Cleveland Clinic and is the Immediate Past President of the Beachwood Chamber of Commerce.
Her favorite ice cream is vanilla.

Brian A. Friedman brings more than two decades of professional experience in non-profit management and small business leadership to enrich his offerings as Owner and Insurance Benefits Advisor at Nest Insurance Solutions.
Brian most enjoys his role as trusted advisor to small business owners and non-profit leaders. He especially enjoys helping them understand the competitive advantages of offering benefits coverage to employees and their families, and navigating the complex insurance landscape to find the products that offer the right coverage for the best price, based on each client’s unique situation.
Brian approaches his work from a community-focused perspective, finding and offering the best life and health insurance solutions to help local businesses and nonprofits thrive. For example, he is ranked in the top 40 most-productive Aflac representatives statewide, and manages accounts for more than 350 employees at 27 different companies.

Superintendent, Beachwood City Schools
Bob Hardis has worked for Beachwood City Schools since 2006, spending six years as Beachwood High School principal and three years as assistant superintendent. Prior to that, Dr. Hardis served as assistant principal at Marlborough High School in Massachusetts and as a social studies teacher in New York City Public Schools and Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland. Before entering the field of public education, Dr. Hardis worked for a civil liberties organization in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Hardis earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science at the University of Michigan, a master of education degree in secondary social studies at The George Washington University, and a master of education degree in school leadership at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. He recently completed the Doctor of Management Program at Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management.
Dr. Hardis was raised in Bethesda, Maryland and has lived with his wife in Washington, D.C., New York City, and Boston. He and his wife and two children live in Beachwood.

Scott T. Morrison, a 1983 graduate of Florida Institute of Technology (Florida Tech) began his career with a triple major in Management Science, Marketing and Computer Science. He has had extensive experience in all aspects of portrait, architectural and fine art photography. Having a thirst for knowledge, continued education programs at Rocky Mountain School of Photography, Nikon School of Photography, and Cleveland Institute of Art. Wanting his own studio, he started Discovery Photo in 1991.
Scott’s varied works have been published locally, nationally, and internationally in magazines such as Outdoor Photographer, Evidence Technology , Properties, RPM, Beachwood Buzz, and Surreal Beauty Magazine. Dozens of his prints, featuring stunningly vivid landscapes and visceral wildlife, appear in galleries across America, including The Cleveland Museum of Art. Scott also has a keen eye for the movie business and is well connected with the Cleveland movie scene. He is known for his gaffing skills along with cinematography and BTS photography. He has more than 60 IMDB credits to his name, and has participated in 14, 48- hour film compositions. His films have won several awards including two as “Best Cinematographer. “
When not working, he enjoys driving his classic 1964 Dodge convertible and making craft beers. Scott’s studio, along with his wife and three dogs, is located in Beachwood, Ohio. They have two adult children.

John Newburger, retired from AT&T after 36 years. He now is involved in real estate.

Alan Papa, FACHE
President, University Hospitals Ahuja Medical Center
Prior to his current appointment in November 2019, Mr. Papa previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Cleveland Clinic Akron General.
Mr. Papa received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Youngstown State University and his Master of Business Administration degree from Cleveland State University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
Mr. Papa is Board Chair of the Summit, Portage and Medina County Chapter of the American Red Cross; Immediate past Board Chair of Lifebanc of Ohio; board member of The American College of Healthcare Executives Northern Ohio; board member of Bluecoats, Inc.; and formerly served as the Board Chair of The Akron Regional Hospital Association.
Mr. Papa and his wife, Nancy, have been married over 35 years. Their daughter, Samantha lives in Charleston, South Carolina with her husband Gordy and their son Paul. Their son, Anthony, lives in Riverside, California with his wife Kristy. Nancy and Alan Papa reside in Hudson, Ohio.

Christopher Truax, FACHE
Chief Administrative Officer, Lake Health Beachwood Medical Center
Chris has been a healthcare administrator for 25 years. Starting his career as a business analyst in Cincinnati, he moved to Columbus to work for a large healthcare system in the area of strategy and business development. Growing within the company, Chris led several system-level initiatives in the areas of physician relations, new business development and strategic planning. He was promoted to lead merger and acquisitions collaborating with community physicians to expand system’s footprint. In 2012, Chris pivoted to senior leadership of hospitals. He has experience leading small, rural facilities to regional, community hospitals. In 2020, Chris joined Lake Health Beachwood Medical Center to lead the recently opened facility in the areas of operational excellence, community awareness and sustainable growth.
Chris received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Zoology from Miami University. In 1996, he then received his Master’s of Business Administration from Cleveland State University. He has been married to his wife, Tracy, for 24 years with their three children. Chris graduated from high school in Avon Lake and has several family members who reside in the Cleveland area.

Dual Sales Manager for Homewood Suites by Hilton and Hampton Inn & Suites Beachwood, OH
Juwanna has worked in hospitality for 20+ years in various hotels throughout the Greater Cleveland area. In her current role, she is responsible for creating and implementing plans that will generate revenue for the hotels through both room sales and catering.
Both living and working in Beachwood has given Juwanna a great connection to the community. She has set her life goals to align with that of Hilton Mission statement “To fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality”. When not working Juwanna enjoys catching up on television shows and watching romantic comedies with her daughter.
Her favorite treat to enjoy is Mitchell’s White Chocolate Ice Cream with Strawberry toppings!

Peter Young has held senior management, consulting and marketing positions in the workers’ compensation TPA and rehabilitation fields for more than 18 years. Prior to joining Paramount Preferred Solutions, Peter directed business consulting practices for more than 20 years in the healthcare services, financial services, business services, and telecommunications industries. Peter knows how to evaluate best case strategies to resolve complex business risk and cost challenges, and proactively communicate solutions to clients of all sizes.
